Green Green Grass

[Shirt - Urban Outfitters, Shorts & bag - H&M, Shoes - Forever 21, Nails - "Aruba Blue" Essie, Glasses - Ray-Ban]

Went to Soho and Washington Square Park with my friends. I decided to wear something simple knowing that we'll be walking around a lot under the sun; hence why I wasn't wearing any jewelry.

P.S: Look at this Bird Man. Only in New York City!

Cafe Habana

A week ago, my friends and I went to eat at Café Habana in Soho (Prince Street) where they have "home-style Latin food with unique Cuban and Central Mexican accents". The café is small and is always packed with people (we once met Ashley Greene from Twilight there). You can either call for a reservation or wait from thirty minutes to an hour to be seated. I love their Grilled Corn Mexican Style, served with chili powder lime and cheese.

I usually can't stand spicy food but the spiciness just falls into place. Unfortunately there are only two Café Habana in New York and one in Miami, so if you visit either cities, make sure to stop by! For more directions and to see their full menu, click here.

P.S: I forgot to mention, they have the coolest bathroom!

Crumbs Bake Shop

Crumbs cupcake is the epitome of all cupcakes. If you haven't tried it, you need to right NOW. I believe you can only find Crumbs Bake Shop in California and New York. In New York, there are several Crumbs Bake Shop in the city. I always stop by the little shop in Madison Avenue.
The cupcakes are HUGE. I suggest two people to share one cupcake because it can be overwhelming and fulfilling. The shop has a huge selection of cupcakes from the classic Red Velvet to a modern S'Mores. My favorite would be the Espresso.

After eating Crumbs cupcake like it was my job, I don't think I'll be eating any other.

Note: I don't actually know how to compose a proper introduction of myself and my blog... I hope showering my first post with cupcakes will do. But if it didn't, my name is Denise and I'll predominantly post about food and fashion.
